
In 1995 Owner Keith Geoffrion graduated from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, Orlando, Florida. Soon there after he secured a mechanics position at a local Harley Davidson Dealer as an entry level Mechanic and within six years, was promoted to Senior Technician overseeing the entire operation within their service department.
Over the past 15 years Keith has worked for both local Harley Dealers developing highly specialized skills in the performance field of Harley Davidson service. These skills include; re-building motors, proficiency in machine shop operations and expertise in both carbureted and fuel injected bike tuning using a DynoMeter, the most highly sophisticated diagnostic and tuning instrument in today’s market.
With Keith’s experience, education and broad base of knowledge, he has acquired all five Factory Certifications available. This includes attaining the highest level of Harley Davidson certification which is a Harley Davidson Master of Service Technologies. Only a very small percentage of technicians ever reach this level and Keith is the only technician in Western Massachusetts to do so.

QUICK AND EASY DIRECTIONS IF YOU KNOW WHERE THE LUDLOW CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IS: Go past the Facility (on the left). You will soon come to the end of the road. Take a right. Then take a right past the 1st gray building and look for the KGB sign.
• 291 to the very end and it turns into Burnett Rd. Take Burnett Rd 2.4 miles; Left onto West St 1.1 miles: Left onto Randall Rd go 1.4 miles (you will pass the Ludlow Correctional Facility on your left) to end take right – we are at the second driveway on the right, behind Fletcher Sewer & Drain.
